Beginning Thursday, January 10th and running for 6 consecutive Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 pm, trainers from the UGA Cooperative Extension Services will be teaching “Meals In Minutes Food Talk” at the Mansour Center. This class is open to the public and will provide a weekly cooking demonstration & food samples while teaching dietary improvement, label reading, stretching your food dollar & safe food handling practices. Participants completing all 6 classes will receive a colorful, nutrition-oriented cookbook which includes recipes for menus prepared in class.
